Do I need to give you passwords or access to my website?
No! For the check and the reminder, we need neither your WordPress password nor access to your server. The check is carried out purely from the outside, using publicly available information.
Can I rely on the reminder alone?
No. Our reminder is an extra help, not a replacement for your own maintenance. We only check from the outside, so we cannot see everything. If no reminder arrives, that does not mean your website is up to date and secure. Responsibility for updates stays with you. If you choose our managed web hosting, we take care of updating your website every day.
What exactly does “All-Inclusive Managed Hosting” mean?
It means that we move your website to our modern high-speed web servers in the EU and take care of everything technical from that day on. We test and install updates, make daily backups, monitor security and help you with changes to text and images.
What happens to our business email addresses during the move?
